Senior .NET Developer (Vue)

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA, US; hybrid with 3 days per week onsite. Strong remote candidates will also be considered. Local candidates or candidates willing to relocate are preferred.

What you will do

• Design, develop, support, and troubleshoot web-based applications in large enterprise environments.
• Build modern, responsive web applications using Vue.js and other JavaScript frameworks.
• Implement object-oriented design patterns and enterprise architecture.
• Develop and maintain ASP.NET web services, VB.NET components, XML/XSLT integrations, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, and ADO.NET solutions.
• Work with SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Develop use cases and process flow diagrams while collaborating independently and within a team.

Requirements

• 9+ years of total experience.
• 6–8 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting web-based applications in large enterprise environments.
• 3–5 years of experience implementing object-oriented design patterns and enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on experience building modern, responsive web applications with JavaScript frameworks, especially Vue.js.
• 2+ years of UI development experience with responsive frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, or React.js; Vue.js is preferred.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET/Web Services, VB.NET, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, and ADO.NET.
• 4–6 years of experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Experience with TFS or Git source control and developing use cases and process flow diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, mature judgment, independent and collaborative working ability, attention to detail, and task prioritization in a high-pressure environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with UI design best practices.
• At least one project using Vue.js.
• Experience with automated build, unit testing, and integration systems.
