What you will do

• Develop expertise in implementing IAM solutions in a complex environment and support business role modelling and application onboarding.
• Collaborate with business, technology, project management, IT, Audit, and oversight partners on IAM initiatives and audit findings.
• Translate business requests into functional requirements and recommend access controls.
• Support IAM maturity assessments, technology gap analysis, access issue action plans, and continuous process improvement.
• Help improve automation and integration of IAM processes.
• Develop reporting methods and ensure team productivity and service-quality metrics are captured and reported.

Requirements

• Passion for and deep understanding of technology risk and information security.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Information security experience, including compliance and risk management, privacy, data protection, and security controls.
• Understanding of modern Identity & Access Management concepts and best practices.
• Understanding of formulating strategies, alternatives, and recommendations in information security management.
• Ability to think critically about risks and clearly articulate prevention and detection mechanisms to key partners.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills, including the ability to lead discussions and meetings.
• Diplomatic attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Fluent written and spoken English, plus fluent Dutch and/or French.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the industry regulatory environment and risk management practices.
• Experience in business role modelling.
