Analyst, Product Success (Health Technology)

Location: Remote - USA. Candidates must be able to verify their legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually; final job title and compensation depend on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing guidance on product trends, industry approaches, product capabilities, user adoption, and feedback.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of product functionality across the product portfolio and client policies to provide accurate support.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret client and user feedback and product usage trends.
• Partner with internal teams to communicate insights and support continuous product improvement.
• Identify emerging concerns and engagement challenges, develop proactive recommendations, and provide actionable feedback for product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Undergraduate-level understanding of business, finance, accounting, statistics, product development, or data analysis.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, investigative, and relationship management skills.
• Adaptable, analytical, curious, proactive, and collaborative approach.
• Legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
