Senior Integrated Product Team Specialist (Aerospace Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Organize and lead the Integrated Product Team (IPT), maintaining IPT plans and integrating them with the overall program execution plan.
• Plan IPT elements within the program integrated master schedule and maintain earned value status, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage IPT-level change control, RIO boards, technical and non-technical baselines, requirements, configuration, data delivery, validation, verification, and certification.
• Own technical, cost, schedule, and quality performance for IPT end items and deliverables, including build-to/buy-to packages and affordability targets.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and suppliers on requirements, procurement, material and process qualification, first-part qualification, and statements of work.
• Support customer interface, stakeholder needs management, proposals and estimating, risk management, product delivery, and cross-IPT process integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of related experience, or more than 10 years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access; U.S. citizenship is required by the U.S. Government.
• Ability to manage IPT plans and processes, disciplined product and process change control, and cross-functional program integration.
• Experience or capability in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, risk management, affordability management, product configuration management, and integrated program planning and scheduling.

Nice to have

• Engineering, supply chain, tooling, or manufacturing background.
• Aerospace or aviation industry experience.
• An active U.S. Secret Security Clearance; a clearance active within the past 24 months is considered active.
• Cross-functional project management and Integrated Product Team experience.
• Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma experience.
• Supply chain and procurement process knowledge.
• Financial acumen, business acumen, managing with influence, technical development acumen, interpersonal relationships, and communication skills.
