What you will do

• Shape the strategic direction of service design and align cross-functional teams around innovative, scalable service solutions.
• Direct large-scale user research, uncover strategic insights, and mentor teams in applying research best practices.
• Develop service-wide journey maps, evolving personas, and high-level service blueprints for enterprise transformation.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to align strategic direction, solve systemic challenges, and resolve conflicts.
• Oversee prototyping of service components and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams through iterative testing and validation.
• Collaborate with government and public sector clients to transform public service delivery using AI and design.

Requirements

• Comprehensive expertise in advanced user research methodologies, including experience managing and mentoring research teams.
• Advanced capability in creating high-level service blueprints and detailed journey maps to guide strategic organisational direction.
• Strong facilitation skills for leading inclusive workshops with senior stakeholders, aligning visions, and resolving complex challenges.
• Experience directing prototyping efforts for complex service components and validating solutions through continuous iteration.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the use of high-quality design artefacts and strategic narratives to influence decision-making.
• Strong collaborative experience with government entities and public sector organisations.
