What you will do

• Set the design direction and quality bar across group products and brands.
• Work directly on or review critical user journeys, product concepts, and interfaces.
• Translate complex financial and AI workflows into simple consumer experiences.
• Set standards for product design, interaction design, visual design, and design systems.
• Review shipped products, identify usability and design problems, and work with product and engineering from early concepts through production.
• Recruit and assess senior product, UI, and brand designers.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of shipped consumer technology products with meaningful usage.
• Deep product and interaction design capability, with a focus beyond primarily people management.
• Strong visual judgment and attention to interface details.
• Ability to prototype and communicate product interactions directly.
• Experience working closely with product and engineering on shipped products.
• Hands-on design style with the ability to create, critique, and materially improve design work directly.
• Mandatory portfolio submission showcasing relevant design work, projects, achievements, experience, and creative capabilities.
