Corporate Recruiter (Investment Management)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work with flexible in-office days and a home office setup budget.

Base pay: $125,000–$150,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and research strategies for immediate and long-term hiring needs.
• Build consultative relationships with HR Business Partners and corporate-function leaders to understand strategic objectives and hiring requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers on candidate assessment frameworks, facilitate interviews, and lead calibration and hiring discussions.
• Manage offer processes, including preparing offer packets, presenting offers, and developing close strategies.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to provide data-driven insights across the organization and HR team.
• Represent hirify.global and recruiting, lead cross-functional projects, and develop relationships with external search firms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record.
• At least 2 years of experience is required; strong preference for 5 or more years in recruiting, including identifying and attracting top talent and guiding candidates through interviews and offers.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.
• Passion for supporting an effective, engaged, and diverse workforce.
