What you will do

• Lead teams designing, refining, and deploying large-scale machine learning models for commerce solutions.
• Guide strategic initiatives integrating LLMs, agents, and multimodal models into hirify.global's ecosystem.
• Apply machine learning to improve search, recommendations, and personalized commerce experiences.
• Foster collaboration, technical excellence, learning, and innovation across engineering teams.
• Participate in on-call work when required.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing teams that implement large-scale machine learning models.
• Proficiency in TensorFlow or PyTorch and strong Python skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills in complex, real-world product environments.
• Excellent communication skills and experience thriving in dynamic settings.
• Ability to complete a live pair-programming session using a personal IDE during the interview process.
