Contracts and Rights Specialist

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert on deal implementation.
• Coordinate contract execution, digitally file completed contracts, and maintain contract terms in hirify.global’s database.
• Onboard providers, request upfront payments, and initiate contractually required downstream activities.
• Coordinate with Legal, Business Affairs, Finance, Catalog Operations, Publisher Partnerships, and external providers on deals, partnerships, initiatives, and contract changes.
• Validate contract and royalty data against deal terms before each period close and create reports supporting content operations and business decisions.
• Improve systems and processes through data cleanup, root cause analysis, emerging technologies, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis.
• Experience in entertainment, digital media, or publishing and/or in contract or data management or IP licensing.
• Business fluency in German and English, written and spoken.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and SQL knowledge.
• Strong project management capabilities in time-sensitive environments.
• Operational or IP licensing background, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to manage detailed tasks independently and collaboratively.
