What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable Rails applications using Ruby across hirify.global’s commerce stack.
• Build extendable products spanning buying experiences, financial products, and developer tools.
• Own solutions to complex engineering problems affecting millions of users daily.
• Collaborate across disciplines and ship projects through rapid weekly iterations.
• Participate in on-call work to maintain system reliability and performance.
• Use AI agents and tools for appropriate tasks while focusing human effort on work requiring human judgment.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering proficiency and willingness to explore the limits of technology across different stacks.
• Experience building scalable, user-centric applications that improve the commerce experience.
• Ability to solve complex problems with innovative solutions and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical ideas effectively.
