Senior Desktop Support Specialist (SCCM/Intune)

What you will do

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain high-performance workstation environments and enterprise endpoint infrastructure.
• Lead SCCM/MECM endpoint management, including application packaging, operating system deployment, patching, compliance baselines, and hybrid SCCM–Intune co-management.
• Manage Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, and Autopilot provisioning.
• Develop PowerShell automation for administrative tasks, deployment workflows, and configuration processes.
• Build standardized workstation images and provide engineering support for complex workstation, application, and configuration issues.
• Implement endpoint security configurations, monitor performance and compliance, document solutions, and collaborate with security, networking, cloud, and service desk teams.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in workstation engineering or enterprise endpoint management.
• Expert-level SCCM/MECM proficiency, including operating system deployment, task sequences, patching, and application packaging.
• Strong experience with Intune, Autopilot, and modern device management.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills and secure automation practices.
• Deep understanding of Group Policy, Active Directory, and Windows client operating system architecture.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
