Builder Developer II/III/IV (Senior Agentic Software Engineer)

What you will do

• Build, debug, and deploy autonomous agents and workflows that navigate complex ERP schemas and business logic.
• Develop execution agents that identify ERP data discrepancies and suggest fixes.
• Use AI to wrap legacy business logic in modern unit tests and documentation.
• Apply prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks such as DSPy to create optimized, reliable instructions.
• Prototype and deliver AI-driven features rapidly, moving concepts into working implementations.
• Depending on level, design guardrail and evaluation frameworks or build internal tools for autonomous ERP operation.

Requirements

• Experience building at least one useful autonomous agent or complex LLM chain.
• Ability to work with legacy code and undocumented ERP modules for AI-driven refactoring and modernization.
• Strong focus on deterministic, production-grade systems, automated validation, evaluations, guardrails, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and TypeScript.
• Experience with AI and data technologies including OpenAI or Anthropic, pgvector or Qdrant, LangChain or LangGraph, dbt, Apache Hop or Airflow, Docker, Weights & Biases, and OpenTelemetry.
• Builder 2 requires senior-level agentic implementation skills; Builder 3 requires lead-level systemic orchestration skills; Builder 4 requires principal or architect-level meta-platform and ERP architecture skills.
