Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: New York, with 3 days per week in the New York office

Salary: $145K–$205K per year in base compensation, plus variable compensation and company RSUs

hirify.global is a newly acquired Wix startup building an AI-powered platform that enables users to create custom software applications using natural language.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and lead technical calls to understand customer goals, challenges, and requirements.
• Serve as the technical expert for enterprise customers on the hirify.global platform, integrations, capabilities, and best practices.
• Design, build, and present custom demos and proofs-of-concept that solve real-world business problems.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues during pre-sales, proofs-of-concept, and implementation by analyzing API responses, logs, and webhook payloads.
• Translate customer feedback and complex use cases into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
• Develop reusable solutions and best-practice guides while experimenting with new platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in solution engineering or technical pre-sales.
• Hands-on experience with web technologies, including APIs, data structures, webhooks, and data modeling.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Creative and strategic problem-solving skills with a focus on elegant solutions to challenging problems.
• Strong technical troubleshooting ability, including reading API responses, logs, and webhook payloads to diagnose integration and proof-of-concept issues.
• Passion for and experience with low-code/no-code or AI-driven development tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript, React, or other modern frontend frameworks.
