Enterprise Architect (AI)

Location: Amsterdam, Europe, NL; hybrid work in IT Amsterdam, with the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world for 8 weeks per year.

What you will do

• Shape and govern the hirify.global Group’s enterprise technology landscape across hirify.global, Joolz, and Artipoppe.
• Lead architecture governance, define standards, manage the application and technology portfolio, and maintain business-aligned roadmaps across ERP, PLM, CRM, eCommerce, HR, manufacturing, and other enterprise platforms.
• Own integration architecture and Boomi platform strategy, including API, interoperability, governance, reusable patterns, and secure, reliable connectivity.
• Define enterprise information architecture, data ownership, master data, information governance, system-of-record principles, and data flows supporting analytics, reporting, AI, and data platforms.
• Lead enterprise AI architecture and adoption by defining principles, roadmaps, secure integration patterns, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Lead and develop architecture and integration professionals while coordinating with IT, Digital, Data, business stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners.

Requirements

• Experience developing enterprise technology roadmaps and architecture governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes, including ERP, PLM, CRM, eCommerce, HR, manufacturing, and other business-critical platforms.
• Experience working in complex, multi-brand and/or multi-entity organizations.
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration architecture, including APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and platforms such as Boomi.
• Knowledge of enterprise information architecture, data flows, and system interoperability principles.
• Ability to influence technology decisions across business functions without direct authority, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies and driving technology innovation in an enterprise environment.
• Understanding of AI, generative AI, intelligent automation, and their application in business processes and enterprise systems.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI, and their potential to create business value.

Nice to have

• Experience defining AI adoption strategies, governance frameworks, or enterprise AI roadmaps.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and services.
• Experience assessing and prioritizing AI use cases with business and technology stakeholders.
• TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification.
• Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or multi-brand organizations with complex enterprise application ecosystems.
