What you will do

  • Coordinate with the Team Manager, Car Chiefs, Race Engineers, Motorsports Operations Manager, engineering, production, purchasing, parts support, and Customer Service Program teams to improve technical operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least five years of experience in professional motorsports, preferably in IMSA, WEC, or a comparable professional sportscar endurance racing program.
  • Experience coordinating technical preparation, component management, or race-team operational activities.
  • Strong mechanical and technical understanding of professional race vehicles, including vehicle preparation, component maintenance, and reliability requirements.
  • Experience organizing complex technical activities, managing competing priorities, and tracking assigned tasks through completion.
  • Valid driver's license required for applicable business travel and operational responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, written and verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment and support changing race-program requirements.
  • Ability to work in race shops, garages, pit lanes, and trackside environments, including prolonged standing, walking, hands-on technical support, equipment inspections, motorsports hazards, noise, varying weather, moving vehicles, and mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to use computers and electronic devices for extended periods and follow safety procedures and series regulations.

Nice to have

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in automotive technology, engineering, motorsports, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of proprietary Pratt Miller software, VES, Jira, Confluence, and related technical planning tools.
  • Experience supporting vehicle development programs, testing activities, and other Pratt Miller initiatives.
  • Valid passport or ability to obtain one for domestic and international travel.
  • Participation in team fitness activities and ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Culture & Benefits

  • Collaborative, team-oriented motorsports environment focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
