Senior Project Manager (iGaming)

Location: Europe; full-time, office-based position with flexible working hours. Relocation support is available for moving to Europe, including documentation and housing assistance.

What you will do

• Lead projects throughout their lifecycle, from launch through ongoing development and scaling.
• Drive launches across new markets, products, and features.
• Initiate and lead projects that scale products and expand business operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Support, Affiliate, Finance, and Engineering.
• Improve operational processes to increase efficiency and execution speed.
• Monitor business metrics from traffic acquisition through LTV and ROI, resolve operational challenges, remove blockers, and ensure business priorities are delivered.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing iGaming products or projects.
• A track record of driving measurable growth in NGR and GGR.
• Strong understanding of key iGaming business metrics and the factors influencing product performance.
• Hands-on experience launching new iGaming products or scaling existing ones.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple business functions.
• Ability to make independent decisions, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of business outcomes.
