What you will do

• Optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, robustness, and production quality.
• Develop innovative production processes for calibrating high-tech sensors.
• Analyze data to drive continuous improvement with cross-functional R&D teams.
• Design, build, and test custom equipment from prototype through series production.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
• Strong ownership and the ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams.
• Hands-on equipment skills and strong data analysis expertise.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in German at least C1 and English.
