Technical Product Manager - Delivery & Availability Management (DAM, AI)

Location: Flexible (UK); hybrid workplace. The wider Product team works across London, Amsterdam, and fully remote. Up to 45 days per year may be worked abroad.

What you will do

• Own the Delivery & Availability Management roadmap, balancing domain-driven architecture improvements with commercial value.
• Guide a squad of 6 alongside a technical lead and make decisions about safely changing and extracting functionality from a large monolith.
• Launch new carriers and support more complex product categories with Operations, Commercial, and Logistics.
• Shape clean data models and interfaces that enable automation and agentic commerce.
• Use AI tools, including MCP-based tooling, for research, debugging, and analysis.
• Own squad KPIs, measure impact, course-correct, and keep senior stakeholders informed.

Requirements

• End-to-end experience owning a product roadmap as a Technical Product Owner or Technical Product Manager.
• Experience working inside a large monolith to define domain boundaries, bounded contexts, or service extractions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Commercial, Logistics, and engineering teams to solve ambiguous problems.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and the ability to turn data into decisions.

• Video interview with the Head of Product for Ops Tech.
• Longer interview split between engineering and product discussions, followed by a 30-minute final conversation with the CPTO.
