Partnerships Manager (AI)

Location: Remote; Europe; New York. The role requires meaningful overlap with US and European time zones, with flexibility for partners in Asia.

What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with image and video model providers, starting with video.
• Identify and evaluate new partners and models for ElevenCreative.
• Own the commercial side of partnerships in close collaboration with finance.
• Drive joint launches, campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Work with product and engineering to shape the models offered and their launch timing.
• Support enterprise sales with partnership needs for large customers and monitor the generative video landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles at a technology company, ideally in AI or infrastructure.
• Deep familiarity with the generative AI model landscape.
• Strong numerical skills and the ability to connect partnership decisions to business outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and marketing.
• Ability to maintain meaningful overlap with US and European time zones, with flexibility for partners in Asia.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving environments and define new operating playbooks.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI model or API providers.
• Familiarity with usage-based or credit-based pricing.
• Experience running co-marketing or channel partnerships.
