Senior CAD/BIM Professional (Civil 3D)

hirify.global is hiring for a CAD/BIM production role supporting civil engineering and infrastructure modeling projects.

What you will do

• Create and maintain detailed civil engineering drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Develop coordinated BIM deliverables from engineering drawings, survey data, as-built documentation, and existing-condition information.
• Produce Civil 3D models including surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, grading, pipe networks, sections, and construction documentation.
• Create existing-condition models from LiDAR scans and registered point clouds, and incorporate survey data, point clouds, and subsurface utility information.
• Translate 2D engineering drawings into coordinated 3D models, update deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, and maintain version control.
• Develop CAD/BIM templates, standards, object libraries, and repeatable workflows; coordinate model exchanges and resolve data-quality issues with multidisciplinary contributors.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in CAD drafting and 3D modeling, with strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD, preferably on civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Experience developing accurate 2D engineering drawings and coordinated 3D BIM models from design drawings, survey information, and existing-condition data.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings, survey data, coordinate systems, spatial information, and model setup.
• Experience delivering CAD/BIM models and drawings within structured project environments while following established workflows and client standards.
• Understanding of BIM standards and delivery requirements, including ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans, and client specifications.
• Experience working on infrastructure projects such as roads, railways, drainage, utilities, land development, or major structures.
• Strong QA/QC skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, surveyors, multidisciplinary project teams, and clients, with good technical English.

Nice to have

• Experience with scan-to-BIM and point-cloud-to-CAD workflows.
• Experience incorporating survey data, point clouds, LiDAR, laser scans, or GIS data into Civil 3D and BIM models.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to support and optimize CAD workflows.
• Familiarity with Bentley Systems software and Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with 3D MEP modeling and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Experience developing CAD/BIM standards, templates, automation, or production workflows.
