Trust Wallet Graduate Leadership Programme (Web3)

Location: Global, fully remote. Must have the right to work in the country of residence.

Trust Wallet is a self-custody Web3 wallet for securely managing digital assets, accessing dApps, and using crypto and payment products within the hirify.global ecosystem.

What you will do

• Start in Product Management and rotate across Product, Marketing, and Business Development over a structured 12-month program.
• Research wallets, DEXs, stablecoins, payment networks, and agentic commerce to identify opportunities worth building.
• Translate user problems into PRDs, user stories, and success metrics, prioritising with user feedback, data, and business goals.
• Work with engineering, design, and data to take features from concept through launch and measure post-launch impact.
• Develop positioning, go-to-market plans, and campaigns across X, community, and content.
• Identify Web3 and payments partners, support deals through integration, and present ideas to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a current QS World University Rankings Top 200 university, or equivalent evidence of exceptional analytical ability.
• 0–2 years of work experience.
• Strong logical and structured thinking, with the ability to break down complex problems and make clear recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, Grok, or Cursor, and curiosity about AI agents.
• Genuine Web3 interest and practical use of a wallet, DEX, or stablecoins, with the ability to discuss what works and what is broken.
• Fast learning, strong ownership, and comfort with ambiguity and a fast pace.

Nice to have

• Builder or founder experience from starting a project or company in AI or crypto.
• Hands-on Web3 experience in DeFi, perpetuals trading, stablecoin payments, hackathons, or DAO contributions.
• Side projects, product teardowns, a newsletter, or an active X/GitHub presence.
