Growth Product Intern (Web3)

Location: Singapore; remote-first, work-from-home arrangement may vary depending on the role and team.

What you will do

• Support the preparation and organization of Business Requirement Documents and product delivery materials.
• Support product launches by preparing release announcements, coordinating cross-team communication, and creating BD training materials.
• Triage user feedback, collect logs and relevant information, and escalate valid issues to Product and Engineering.
• Research competitors, compare affiliate and referral product features, and support product improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate KOL and BD interviews, document feedback, and synthesize insights.
• Review operational processes, contribute to SOP documentation, and maintain the BD/ARM knowledge base, product guides, and FAQs.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate or graduate student; any major is accepted, with Business, Computer Science, or Marketing preferred.
• Genuine curiosity about product operations, user growth, and affiliate or referral programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent documentation and information synthesis skills.
• Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work across teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of crypto/Web3 or affiliate marketing.
• Ability to commit to five days per week for six months.
