Graduate Leadership Program (Product Management)

Location: Remote - Global; fully remote with flexible working hours. You must have the right to work in the country where you are based.

What you will do

• Own and ship product features across AI and agentic payments, stablecoins and payments, trading, and user growth.
• Research and prototype agentic payment ideas where AI agents transact on-chain for users.
• Translate user problems into product requirements, PRDs, user stories, and success metrics in collaboration with engineering, design, and data.
• Analyze markets and competitors across wallets, DEXs, DeFi trading platforms, stablecoins, and payment networks.
• Define KPIs, run experiments, and measure the impact of shipped products.
• Present product ideas directly to product leadership.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of work experience, including internships.
• A degree in any field is welcome, with strong analytical thinking demonstrated.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, break them into clear parts, and make recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, Grok, or Cursor and curiosity about AI agents.
• Genuine Web3 interest and practical experience using a wallet, DEX, or stablecoins, with the ability to discuss what works and what is broken.
• Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and work comfortably in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Right to work in the country of residence.

Nice to have

• Hands-on Web3 experience in DeFi, perpetuals trading, stablecoin payments, hackathons, or DAO contributions.
• Side projects, a product teardown, a newsletter, or an active X/GitHub presence.
