Principal Product Manager (Web3)

Location: Remote, available in listed U.S. locations including San Francisco, Atlanta, Austin, Boise, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Columbus, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, Nashville, New York, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, Raleigh, Salt Lake City, San Diego, Seattle, Tampa, and Washington, D.C.

Base pay range: $225,000–$276,667 per year.

What you will do

• Set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Arc's new consumer application.
• Turn wallets, stablecoins, swaps, cross-chain transfers, DeFi, payments, and other onchain applications into simple consumer experiences.
• Define how consumers discover, interact with, and delegate financial tasks to AI agents.
• Build onboarding, funding, transacting, discovery, engagement, and retention experiences for digital dollars and other digital assets.
• Use customer research, analytics, experimentation, and product mechanisms to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations from concept through launch and iteration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including significant experience building and shipping high-quality consumer products.
• Experience taking consumer products from concept to launch and growing them through rapid iteration.
• Exceptional product judgment and a strong point of view on simple, intuitive, and delightful consumer products.
• Deep understanding of onchain products and culture, including wallets, stablecoins, DeFi, trading, payments, and cross-chain experiences; active use of crypto products is required.
• Strong understanding of AI agents and agentic finance, with a point of view on emerging agent-enabled consumer financial experiences.
• Ability to set high-level strategy while engaging deeply in the details required to ship products.
• Experience with consumer behavior, Product Design, User Research, product analytics, and experimentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across highly cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related technical or analytical field.
