Senior Technical Account Manager (Microsegmentation)

What you will do

• Act as the dedicated technical resource for customers, supporting platform configuration and use case strategy for Guardicore.
• Advise on technical challenges and collaborate with services and support teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Build a complete view of customer environments, processes, and deployment characteristics.
• Develop success plans aligned with customer objectives and drive customer value and growth.
• Coordinate with product, support, and services teams to advocate for customers and ensure long-term success.
• Manage operational excellence and key performance indicators, including net and gross retention, NPS, and customer health.

Requirements

• Experience in cybersecurity in a customer-facing role.
• Working knowledge of networking protocols and basic cybersecurity principles.
• Troubleshooting and deployment experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships across all levels, from CISOs to security engineers.
• Fluent written and spoken Japanese, with the ability to communicate technical concepts and instructions effectively to Japanese-speaking clients and colleagues.
• Proficient English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
