hirify.global, Inc. is hiring for a direct origination role focused on the Nordic region.

What you will do

• Lead direct origination efforts across the Nordic region, focusing on medium- and large-cap deals.
• Serve as the regional investment professional for European direct origination and act as the subject matter expert.
• Grow and develop the direct origination business and build additional direct origination asset classes as appropriate.
• Develop existing Financial Sponsor relationships in coordination with the wider team and Apollo businesses.
• Source and manage relationships to generate regional investment opportunities.
• Support cross-platform projects and the development of investment products in the region.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience, including experience as an investment professional responsible for directly originated lending.
• Strong knowledge of the Nordic market and experience originating direct lending in the region.
• Strong network with Financial Sponsors.
• Direct lending or private equity background.
• Excellent investment judgment, mental agility, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to contribute significantly to the team mandate and broader Credit mandate by identifying investment opportunities across the credit platform.
• Ability to consistently produce thoughtful, accurate, and reliable work reflecting strong product knowledge and technical expertise.
• Strong business focus on expanding investment success and market presence in the region.
