Functional Trainer - Airport IT Solutions

Location: Hybrid; Lisbon, Portugal, with other locations in Bogota, San Jose, and Manila, Metro Manila. International travel may be required.

What you will do

• Deliver and support onsite and remote training sessions, including demonstrations, exercises, and recaps.
• Engage with customers and address questions while supporting a high-quality learning experience.
• Prepare training environments, materials, and logistics for smooth session delivery.
• Apply and improve training content, providing feedback on quality and consistency.
• Track participation, collect feedback, and maintain reporting and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on global projects, with potential onsite exposure.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of airport operations and related IT systems.
• Ability to quickly learn product functionalities and adapt to new environments.
• Familiarity with the airport industry and ITIL principles.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
• Availability to travel internationally as required.
• Ability to contribute to training satisfaction results, progress through product certifications, and ensure high-quality preparation and support activities.
