Delivery Manager

Location: Fully remote or from a modern office; relocation opportunities are available to countries where the company has offices, with assistance after the probation period subject to approval.

What you will do

• Coordinate delivery across 2–3 cross-functional teams, establish workflows, and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Analyze development processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements for more efficient and predictable delivery.
• Use Cycle Time, Lead Time, Throughput, and WIP metrics to test hypotheses, track progress, and measure change impact.
• Build visibility across the product delivery lifecycle from initial idea through release.
• Partner with Team Leads, Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to resolve blockers, align priorities, and drive change.
• Improve workflows and tools, including Jira, workflow visualization, team ceremonies, reporting, Scrum, and Kanban practices.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of IT experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Project Manager.
• Experience managing delivery across multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle and product team operations.
• Ability to interpret delivery metrics, identify underlying issues, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and change management skills.
• Proficiency in Jira, structured problem-solving, and independent work.
• Experience in product-focused tech companies, particularly with SaaS, B2C, or B2B products.
• Experience scaling Agile practices and optimizing software delivery processes.
• Understanding of engineering practices including CI/CD, code reviews, and test automation.
