Business Process Owner (SAP S/4HANA PS Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid in Budapest, Hungary or Warsaw, Poland.

What you will do

• Lead business readiness for SAP S/4HANA Project System within manufacturing operations.
• Align local manufacturing teams with the program Core Model / Global Template.
• Prepare and facilitate Fit-to-Template and Fit-to-Standard workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Map project-driven manufacturing processes, dependencies, milestones, materials, resources, and operational workflows.
• Translate business requirements into actionable inputs for SAP and Digital delivery teams while coordinating Manufacturing, Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and SAP stakeholders.
• Support UAT, cutover, Go-Live, hypercare, change management, user adoption, training, and sharing best practices across deployments.

Requirements

• Strong functional expertise in SAP Project System within a manufacturing environment is required.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of project-driven manufacturing, engineer-to-order, or similar project-based production processes.
• Experience with WBS elements, networks, activities, milestones, and project-related materials and resources.
• Understanding of SAP PS integration with PP, MM, procurement, logistics, and engineering.
• Experience with international SAP transformation, Core Model, or Global Template rollouts.
• Hands-on experience with Fit-to-Template, gap analysis, process mapping, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare.
• Fluent English and the ability to work effectively between Manufacturing and IT / Digital teams.
