Business Process Owner (Finance / SAP FI-CO)

Location: Hybrid in Budapest, Hungary or Warsaw, Poland.

What you will do

• Lead business readiness for SAP S/4HANA Finance deployment and align local Finance teams with the Core Model / Global Template.
• Prepare and facilitate Fit-to-Template / Fit-to-Standard workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis across finance workflows.
• Gather and clarify business requirements for SAP and Digital delivery teams.
• Coordinate with Finance stakeholders, site management, and SAP delivery teams.
• Support testing, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, hypercare, change management, user adoption, and training.
• Identify readiness risks and process gaps and share best practices across rollout locations.

Requirements

• Strong functional expertise in Finance processes and SAP FI/CO.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with international SAP transformation or rollout programs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, controlling, closing, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Core Model / Global Template deployments.
• Hands-on experience with Fit-to-Template, gap analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
• Experience supporting UAT, deployment, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare.
• Fluent English and the ability to work effectively between Finance and IT / Digital teams.
