Principal Product Manager (AI & Platform Innovation)

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate new product and enterprise platform opportunities across AI, developer technologies, and communications.
• Conduct customer and partner discovery to understand unmet needs, validate hypotheses, and define target customers, use cases, and value propositions.
• Turn early ideas into product concepts, prototypes, and experiments, then take validated concepts toward scalable products and services.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture on technical possibilities, tradeoffs, product requirements, and initial capability prioritization.
• Explore generative AI and agentic experiences for enterprise communications and customer experience.
• Develop partner integration and distribution opportunities, pricing, packaging, go-to-market hypotheses, and measures of adoption, usage, customer value, and commercial success.

Requirements

• Strong product management experience with AI, enterprise platforms, developer products, APIs, cloud services, communications technology, or adjacent areas.
• Demonstrated experience taking new products from concept through customer validation and launch.
• Builder mentality and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and modern enterprise software.
• Working knowledge of modern AI technologies, including generative AI and AI agents.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to connect technical capabilities with real customer problems.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on technically sophisticated products and engaging with customers, developers, partners, and executives.
• Experience with product positioning, pricing, packaging, or go-to-market strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; 7–10 years of experience; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise communications, CCaaS, CPaaS, conversational AI, real-time technologies, developer platforms, AI platforms, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience incubating a new product or business inside an established organization.
