Area Sales Manager (Fintech)

Location: Philippines; field work and regular point-of-sale visits required

What you will do

• Lead sales associates, manage performance, set weekly and monthly targets, and conduct regular meetings.
• Acquire new retailers and maximize sales potential across the assigned territory.
• Visit points of sale twice a week, maintain dealer relationships, resolve inquiries, and manage POS supplies and equipment.
• Control sales quality, point-of-sale efficiency, compliance, and fraud risk.
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales associates; plan shifts to support weekends and high season.
• Prepare regular reports, track sales performance, and analyze daily data with the ASM/RSM.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of work experience in sales and willingness to perform field work.
• Graduate of a two- or four-year course in any field.
• Good to excellent written and oral communication skills and management skills.
• Strong drive to achieve goals, sound planning, logical execution, leadership, and people skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly analytical with good business acumen and relationship-building skills.
• Good moral character, professionalism, and integrity.
