Product Manager (Onboarding/KYC)

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the complete Registration, KYC, and First Deposit onboarding lifecycle.
• Analyze funnels and run A/B tests to identify drop-off points, reduce friction, and improve conversion.
• Balance user experience with KYC/AML regulatory requirements in partnership with Compliance, Risk, and Legal.
• Work with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to translate business and regulatory requirements into PRDs and product features.
• Manage third-party identity verification and payment provider integrations, including performance, match rates, and approval speeds.
• Define activation, time-to-deposit, and pass-rate metrics and use data insights for continuous iteration.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, focused on user onboarding, activation, identity verification, or payments.
• Fintech or crypto experience.
• Strong metrics-driven growth mindset with experience in testing, user acquisition, and conversion funnel optimization.
• Experience building frictionless, high-converting digital user experiences with a user-centric and design-focused approach.
• Technical and data fluency, including collaboration with engineering teams, APIs, third-party vendor integrations, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills for aligning compliance, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity, agile delivery practices, and rapidly executing 0-to-1 or 1-to-N initiatives.
