Senior Product Manager, P2P & Local Transfers (Fintech)

Location: UAE; onsite. UAE residence required or readiness for relocation to the UAE.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for P2P wallet transfers, local bank transfers, and instant payments.
• Launch local payment rails and partner integrations from discovery and regulatory requirements through scaling.
• Develop social money mechanics including money requests, bill splitting, QR payments, payment links, and transfers to users without wallets.
• Grow active senders and recipients, define KPIs, and run experiments focused on transfer frequency, recipients per user, and retention.
• Lead the launch of local transfers in KSA with local partners while ensuring regulatory compliance and security standards.
• Coordinate launches with engineering, design, data, marketing, legal, compliance, risk, core banking, and banking partners; shape team planning and delivery rituals.

Requirements

• UAE residence or readiness to relocate to the UAE.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with hands-on expertise in P2P payments, wallets, instant payments, or mobile banking.
• Proven track record of launching and growing consumer payment products with measurable results.
• Experience delivering products with banks, payment rails, or other regulated partners.
• Resilience and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Fluency in English.
