AI Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and deliver AI-native products, including AI assistants, chat interfaces, agentic workflows, and decision-support tools.
• Translate complex financial and analytical problems into practical, production-ready AI solutions.
• Own product development across data pipelines, model layers, and user-facing applications.
• Design and implement LLM and multi-agent systems for key business workflows.
• Build structured representations of financial and business data and develop tools for financial analysis, risk assessment, deal evaluation, and monitoring.
• Own AI output quality, evaluation, hallucination mitigation, reliability, and architectural trade-offs through production delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with strong technical depth.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompting, RAG, evaluation, and hallucination mitigation.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, structured and unstructured data, machine learning fundamentals, and model evaluation.
• Experience building or managing AI-powered products in production.
• Strong SQL and data-querying skills, including experience with API integrations.
• Ability to shape system architecture across data, AI models, and product layers and collaborate closely with Engineering and Data Science.
