Geofencing - Monitorship Coordinator (Crypto)

What you will do

• Coordinate compliance and legal projects, including implementation activities, remediation commitments, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Prepare project documents, kick-off decks, status updates, meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and compliance communications.
• Coordinate the deployment of compliance vendor solutions, including logistics, scheduling, progress monitoring, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Support business analysis, process mapping, workflow improvements, and research on AML/CFT and other compliance topics.
• Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and other stakeholders to maintain governance and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in Compliance, product or system lifecycle management, vendor and project coordination, or related roles.
• Fluent English is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and data-driven, with the ability to learn new systems and conduct analysis using Excel, Python, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across different time zones.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong problem-solving skills, proactive ownership, and the ability to follow through independently.
• Efficient, responsible, hardworking, and willing to support urgent tasks when needed.

Nice to have

• Background or strong interest in compliance systems.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or cross-border payments.
• CAMS, CGSS, Certified Sanctions Specialist, or similar certifications.
• Exposure to blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis, TRM Labs, or Elliptic.
• Additional languages.
