Content Operations Specialist

Location: Fully remote in the UK; Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm UK time. The role requires the right to live and work in the UK.

Salary: £30,000 per annum.

Vable builds content intelligence software used by international law firms, consultancies, and government teams to monitor trusted content sources.

What you will do

• Set up new content sources for clients and maintain existing sources.
• Investigate and fix broken sources by checking web pages, emails, HTML, HTTP errors, and XPath extraction.
• Perform daily source maintenance, keep error levels within quality targets, and resolve issues before clients notice them.
• Maintain publisher records, escalate wider issues to the Product Manager, and support client checks, migrations, and bulk source projects through Customer Success.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance projects to identify hidden content issues.
• Provide feedback on slow or awkward tools and processes, improving source health and turnaround times.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a detail-focused role such as data quality, operations, research, or support.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience for performing a high volume of similar checks consistently.
• Ability to learn quickly and curiosity about how websites and tools work.
• Ownership of work, including prioritising without close direction, completing tasks, and flagging problems early.
• Clear written communication, especially when explaining issues to colleagues.
• Familiarity with HTML or XPath is a plus.

Hiring process

• Three stages over approximately 2–3 weeks: an introductory call with the People team, an interview with the Product Manager for Core Content, and an interview with another applicable Vabler.
• Final candidates have a short conversation with the Head of Product before an offer.
