Content Management Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with office attendance required 8 days per month. Other listed U.S. locations include Cary, Minneapolis, Waltham, Kennesaw, New York City, Chicago, Dallas, and Houston. Candidates may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the interview process.

Salary: $44,500–$75,950 USD per year.

What you will do

• Document content workflows, tagging structures, and product requirements with Product, Technology, and Operations teams.
• Assess content enrichment needs and support recommendations for tagging improvements and enrichment automation.
• Support customer- and user-focused content features and functionality within products.
• Maintain defined content standards, rulesets, catalogs, and associated assets.
• Test ingestion and rendering of new content, collect feedback, and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Support the use of taxonomies and ontologies, content syndication, and defined content management strategies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in production, editing, and digital or multimedia publishing.
• Understanding of content delivery on digital platforms.
• Understanding of the capabilities and constraints of web technologies, including HTML and stylesheets.
• Understanding of healthcare-related content and digital products, including taxonomies and related ontologies.
• Experience or skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and XML.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
