Product Manager / Director, Live & Monetization (Crypto)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; other location: Hong Kong. Current right to work in Singapore is prioritized, and visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Live experience in the in-app social community, including scalable video and chat, engagement, monetization, safety, and moderation.
• Drive trading conversion through gamification, incentives, paid digital goods, fan economy, leaderboards, and streamer-fan engagement.
• Build contextual conversion surfaces such as follow, trade, reminder, and watchlist CTAs, and explore AI-powered event-driven boosts using market news and token recommendations.
• Scale Live video and chatroom to 100k CCUs and lead the technical roadmap for encoding, delivery, playback, and video quality improvements.
• Partner with design, engineering, data, growth, risk, operations, business development, marketing, PR, and recommendation teams to define metrics, improve stream discovery, and execute the product roadmap and GTM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Solid experience shipping live streaming, creator platforms, gaming, entertainment, or social products.
• Hands-on experience with Trust & Safety or content moderation tooling.
• Understanding of the crypto industry, trading funnels, and risk and compliance constraints.
• Logical thinking, strong communication, data sensitivity, customer mindset analysis, and the ability to identify and break down problems quickly.
• Strong execution, communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in both early-stage 0-to-1 and scaled 1-to-100 product environments.
