Binance Accelerator Program - VIP Sales Intern (Crypto)

What you will do

• Follow up on leads from company channels, partners, industry events, and social media, converting them into business outcomes.
• Develop and serve VIP and institutional clients, including quant trading teams, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Track client trading activity, engagement, and evolving needs while coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Plan and execute client events and organize follow-up on the leads they generate.
• Research macro trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to produce business-development insights.
• Apply AI tools to client research, lead generation, outreach drafting, data analysis, reporting, and sales-process automation.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of financial markets and a strong interest in crypto, quantitative trading, or asset management.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with AI tools.
• Responsibility, drive, optimism, follow-through, commitment to excellence, ability to learn quickly from feedback, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Programming skills or vibe-coding experience.
• Experience in content creation, community operations, or student organizations.
