Senior Security / DevOps / IT Specialist (Game Development)

Location: Poznań, Poland, Europe; fully remote, with hybrid work depending on operational requirements.

What you will do

• Maintain and improve workstations, cloud services, networks, remote collaboration environments, and other internal IT infrastructure.
• Manage identity, access permissions, device policies, endpoint security, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Develop and maintain information security policies, access controls, monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Protect client assets, project information, intellectual property, and internal systems; identify vulnerabilities and implement preventive measures.
• Automate internal workflows and support secure build infrastructure, source control environments, and CI/CD processes.
• Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot complex issues, improve reliability and availability, and evaluate technologies that support studio growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, security operations, or DevOps.
• Strong understanding of information security principles, identity management, endpoint protection, and access control.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, or equivalent enterprise environments.
• Experience managing Windows-based workstations and supporting distributed teams.
• Practical knowledge of networking, VPNs, firewalls, backup systems, and incident response.
• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and secure operational practices.
• Ability to independently identify problems, establish priorities, and implement reliable solutions.
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills; fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting game development studios or creative production environments.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Unity3D, Perforce, Git, or large-asset production pipelines.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar security frameworks.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Docker, or infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience with security monitoring, vulnerability management, or incident response.
• Knowledge of software licensing and asset management.
