Mechatronics Engineering Intern (CAG Team)

Location: Teparuk, Thailand. On-site role; no travel required.

Develops and manufactures data storage technology, including nano-recording heads for hard disk drives.

What you will do

• Design electrical and pneumatic circuits and perform basic engineering calculations for industrial equipment.
• Select electrical components according to SOP39 safety standards and project requirements.
• Create electrical and pneumatic diagrams for equipment development.
• Develop 2D drawings and 3D CAD models using SolidWorks or similar engineering design software.
• Support the engineering document control process.
• Apply SOP39 safety requirements throughout equipment development projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical circuit design and engineering principles.
• Familiarity with PLC programming.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks or other CAD design software.
• Basic understanding of electrical safety in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, good verbal and written communication skills in English, and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and apply engineering knowledge in a practical environment.
• Knowledge of an international finance environment, advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, formulas, and VLOOKUP, and experience with Oracle and SAP S4/HANA.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
