Station Manager - Line Maintenance International (Aviation)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Lead daily line maintenance shift delivery, allocate certified engineers and technicians, and adjust work priorities to protect aircraft availability and dispatch reliability.
• Authorize maintenance release actions within current privileges and verify completion against approved data, aircraft effectivity, and revision control.
• Implement safety, security, quality, risk assessment, SMS, incident reporting, tooling, GSE, and technical-reference controls.
• Manage workforce readiness, staffing coverage, shift briefings, duty fitness, training needs, and certification gaps.
• Coordinate with MCC, Maintenance Planning, Operations Control, and line stations on defects, priorities, technical feedback, and unresolved items.
• Monitor maintenance execution, technical records, certification entries, recurring defects, and operational disruption recovery, including leadership during the Senior Manager’s absence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering preferred, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• 15+ years of aircraft maintenance experience in airline or MRO environments.
• 5+ years leading line maintenance, duty management, or shift coordination in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Experience managing certification control, defect recovery, and cross-functional recovery decisions across multiple aircraft types.
• Fluent English.
