Senior Finance Analyst

Salary: $105,050–$161,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States of America candidates only.

What you will do

• Lead and advise on critical business initiatives across finance sub-functions, geographies, and organizations.
• Analyze, report, and reconcile complex financial and operational results.
• Support capital strategies, return on investment decisions, budgeting, planning, and overall business plans.
• Collaborate with business leaders on long-term and strategic decision-making.
• Drive globally impactful process improvements and policy development initiatives.
• Represent the business unit in cross-regional and cross-functional planning, lead complex projects, and mentor lower-level employees.

Requirements

• Typically 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Knowledge of accounting, auditing, corporate finance, economics, finance, financial analysis, financial modeling, financial planning, financial services, and financial statements.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, internal controls, investments, KPIs, P&L management, and variance analysis.
• Experience or knowledge of automation, process improvement, and SAP applications.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
• Ability to provide innovative solutions to complex problems, exercise independent judgment, and lead large cross-division functional teams or projects.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
