Application Engineer - Physical Design (Back-End)

Location: Petah Tikva, Israel; full-time, onsite

What you will do

• Provide expert-level technical pre-sales and post-sales support to hirify.global customers in physical design.
• Support customers across digital back-end implementation topics, including floor planning, place and route, clock-tree implementation, and static timing analysis.
• Work on challenging and complex semiconductor projects in an advanced technology environment.
• Interact with customers, business stakeholders, and industry-leading engineers.

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Electrical Engineering from a leading institute.
• 7+ years of experience in digital physical design and back-end implementation.
• Experience with floor planning, place and route, clock-tree implementation, and static timing analysis.
• Experience in the microelectronics or electronic design automation industry.
• High-level English proficiency.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in synthesis, formal verification, and design for test.
