Senior Project Manager (US Consumer Delivery)

Location: Remote Mount Laurel, New Jersey, United States of America; occasional domestic travel.

Salary: $115,440–$186,160 USD per year.

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and deliver distinct projects through all phases in alignment with business and enterprise strategies.
• Lead Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects with moderately high to high complexity and potentially support Tier 1 projects.
• Manage projects with significant regulatory oversight, executive sponsorship, and medium- to long-term horizons.
• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and facilitation to cross-functional project teams.
• Partner with business and executive stakeholders across one or multiple Lines of Business.
• Track, forecast, and manage project budgets while addressing risks, issues, and change.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and a required Project Management Certification.
• 10+ years of relevant experience and comprehensive knowledge of project management practices, procedures, and principles.
• Experience with financial management, including project budget tracking, forecasting, and management.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, leadership, and business acumen skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex change from concept to execution, remain focused under pressure, and cope with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners, develop team skills, attract talent, and foster a cohesive and positive work environment.
• Good judgment in determining which issues to escalate or resolve independently and in suggesting possible resolutions.
