Senior Field Marketing Manager for Private Bank West (Financial Services)

Location: Los Angeles, Newport Beach, San Diego, San Francisco, or Menlo Park, California, United States; hybrid schedule with four days in office and one day remote; extensive travel throughout Southern California and periodic travel to other key markets.

Salary: $175,000–$213,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with Relationship Managers, Private Wealth Advisors, Private Bank Office leaders, and regional executives across Southern California.
• Build and execute market-specific go-to-market plans connected to deposit, loan, assets-under-management, and advisor-recruiting goals.
• Translate the national Private Bank brand platform into local programming, content, events, experiences, and client-facing campaigns.
• Lead marketing execution for new Private Bank openings and integrate Private Wealth advisory team lift-outs through announcements, landing pages, photoshoots, onboarding support, and sustained market activation.
• Coordinate with Private Bank, Private Wealth, Commercial and Business Banking, Enterprise Marketing, Communications, Brand, Events, Legal, Risk and Compliance, and external agencies.
• Develop a repeatable Southern California operating model and provide local market intelligence to central marketing teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in business-facing roles within high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth financial services.
• Ability to balance marketing strategy and execution.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and credibility with senior bankers, advisors, executives, and external partners.
• Strong bias toward action, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
• Integrated marketing expertise across brand, events, content, social, digital, paid media, collateral, and sales enablement.
• Experience integrating new advisory teams, managing local sponsorship strategies, and building trusted executive relationships in complex, fast-moving markets.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Southern California and periodically to other key markets.
• Sound judgment, executive presence, and the polish to represent hirify.global Private Bank at the highest levels.
