International Assignment Consultant (Relocation Consultant)

Location: Prague, Praha 1, Czech Republic. Must be eligible to legally work in the Czech Republic.

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate client employee relocation processes from start to finish via phone and email.
• Support inbound, outbound, and intra-EMEA assignments.
• Act as the main point of contact for expatriates and advise on relocation policies, moving services, destination services, temporary living, and other entitlements.
• Provide guidance related to immigration, tax, cross-cultural training, and language training.
• Manage supplier relationships for tax, immigration, relocation assistance, temporary accommodation, and other international services.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Keen interest in cultural awareness.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Adaptable, creative, assertive, and able to demonstrate a can-do attitude.
• Eligible to legally work in the Czech Republic.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with international assignments or working and living abroad.
• Degree in Business or a related field.
