Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance Attorney (AI)

What you will do

• Review and interpret product safety laws, regulations, and standards across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, edit, and evaluate regulatory compliance documents, legal opinions, and related materials.
• Prepare detailed written assessments of product safety case studies and compliance scenarios.
• Evaluate product compliance strategies, identify gaps and risks, and recommend mitigation measures.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical guidance.
• Develop and review structured legal content for AI model training and evaluation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification, preferably focused on product safety, consumer protection, or regulatory compliance.
• Significant experience advising on federal, state, and international product safety regulations, including applicable CPSC, EU, FDA, or similar requirements.
• Strong ability to interpret and clearly communicate complex legal and regulatory concepts.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience drafting and reviewing technical documents, compliance policies, or legal opinions related to product safety.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Interest in emerging technologies and applying legal expertise to AI-related initiatives.
