FDA & Regulatory Compliance Attorney (AI)

What you will do

• Analyze and interpret FDA statutes, regulations, and guidance documents.
• Review regulatory submissions, compliance documentation, and procedural materials.
• Assess regulatory risks, enforcement trends, potential liability, and real-world compliance scenarios.
• Draft and refine scenario-based questions and answers covering regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Identify emerging FDA and regulatory compliance issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback on the accuracy, completeness, and quality of project deliverables.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and an active license to practice law in the United States.
• Five or more years of experience in FDA law, regulatory strategy, or compliance within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Strong understanding of federal regulatory processes, submission pathways, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate regulatory ambiguity and translate evolving requirements into actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality legal content.

Nice to have

• Experience advising or representing clients in FDA investigations, warning letters, or consent decrees.
